DSO-2904, Digital Storage Oscilloscopes connect to desktop and laptop PCs by way of the parallel printer port or USB port. This not only makes the system idea for portable applications where ISA or PCI bus slots are unavailable, but also for use in labs where the equipment must be frequently moved from one PC to another.

250 Million Sa/s Digital Storage Oscilloscope


The DSO-2904, Digital Storage Oscilloscope integrates four 250MSa/s single-shot digitisers with a 250MHz sixteen logic analyser in a single low-cost instrument, bringing significant cost savings over separate standalone instruments, and making them ideal for capturing and analysing signals on microprocessors up to 50MHz, logic families and analogue circuits.






Cross Triggering for Mixed Signal Analysis


The DSO-2904, Digital Storage Oscilloscope offers fully synchronised cross triggering.  You can capture and display analogue events that affect your digital circuits, or vice versa, and correlate the two to identify cause and effect relationships.  The logic analyser can act as an eight channel pattern trigger input for the DSO, or the oscilloscope can trigger the logic analyser when an analogue signal crosses a threshold.  The display screen shows the full 256K/512K/1M sample deep data buffers for both the analogue waveform and the digital data patterns.  All-channel zoom expansion and cursors identify synchronous events on different channels.

The DSO-2904, Digital Storage Oscilloscopes connect via the parallel port or USB port making them suitable for use with PCs, laptops and notebook computers.  Their ultra-compact size makes them ideal for use in the field.






Simple Operation


Use of your PC for processing, display and data storage saves you time and money.  Make measurements within half an hour due to the easy installation and simple single keystroke operation.  The instrument responds instantly, like an analogue oscilloscope, to changes in its settings.  By connecting to your PC, the instrument allows you to store unlimited waveforms and timing patterns for later recall.  Named setup panels can also be saved and later recalled.
